To submit an application you will need to:
1. Fill out a rental application
- Application can be found at the bottom of this page or at the Edgewater Town Center's on-site office: 314 Edgewater Towne Center.
- You will need to submit a copy of your driver's license and two recent paycheck stubs.
2. Mail or drop off the $40 application fee
- Applicant understands that the application fee is non-refundable to run credit and criminal background checks. Payment must be in the form of money order, bank check, or certified check.

DownloadOnce you have been approved, we will need
1. A $300 non-refundable deposit to hold apartment.
- In the form of a personal check.
- This deposit is non-refundable if you choose not to take the apartment.
- The $300 deposit to hold apartment will be deducted from the total amount owed.
2. A $75 personal check made out to "Borough of Edgewater'' for occupancy.
All monies are due at time of lease signing
- First month’s rent, if you have a pet, add $100/month
- 1-month security (equal to one month’s rent), if you have a pet, add $500 pet security fee (refundable per condition of apartment at end of lease term)
Mail or drop off all of the above documents to the leasing office.
